Electronic marketing relating to iLove is sent only to recipients who have given valid, informed consent, or where another lawful basis under the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules applies. We and our partners do not send marketing to purchased, scraped or rented lists.
Every marketing message must clearly identify the sender, describe its commercial nature, and provide a working, easy and free way to unsubscribe. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and permanently.
Partners promoting iLove must send only to recipients who have opted in; comply with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and all applicable national and international marketing laws; use accurate headers, sender names and subject lines; not use misleading, deceptive or incentivised traffic; and keep records evidencing consent. Partners are responsible for the compliance of any sub-affiliates they engage.
Any partner found to be sending spam or otherwise breaching this policy may have their account suspended or terminated and outstanding commissions withheld, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us. We cooperate with regulators and network operators investigating abuse.
